At Mindcanvaas, every product is handcrafted with care and made in small batches. Due to the unique and handmade nature of our offerings, we won’t be able to provide refunds.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

* We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed.
* All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
* No swap or exchange requests will be accepted.
* Refunds will only be considered in cases of fulfillment errors, such as:
* Incorrectly shipped items
* Missing items from an order
* Items that arrive damaged or broken

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of placing an order.

* Address changes may be accommodated only if requested before the order has been dispatched.
* Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

* The item is defective or damaged
* You have received the wrong item
* Any item is missing from your order

To help us resolve the issue, please provide clear photographs of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
