5. Returns & Exchanges

* Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
* If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
* Approved replacements will be processed at our discretion.
